We're more than happy to help you with any trouble you might be having! The easiest way to get support from our team is to use the help widget in the lower right corner of your Gizmo screen. This lets you send through any questions you have while they're front of mind, and easily include screenshots of any issues you might be having as well.
The help widget sends your message to our helpdesk via email, and our team will aim to email you back within one business day. Please keep in mind that we are based in Australia, so our team works on AEST.
1. Each page in Gizmo has the help widget floating in the bottom right corner - click this widget to open our help form. Not all of the fields are required, but if possible the details that we'd like from you are:
- Your name
- Your email address
- A subject line
- A description of what you need help with
- A screenshot (if you're having trouble with an error or issue and it would be helpful for us to see what the trouble is)
- Any files that might help us understand your problem better (e.g. an image file that you're trying to upload to your game)
2. Fill out the form and then click send. You should get a message within the help widget thanking you for sending a message, and an automated email from our helpdesk confirming that we received your message. We aim to reply to all requests within one business day, so it shouldn't be too long before you hear back from us.
