If you'd like to change your company details, or if you're on our Agency plan and you want to invite other people to join your company on Gizmo, you can do that on the Company page.
1. Click on "Company" in the left menu. The Company page will show you all the campaigns that are currently associated with your company, including campaigns that have been created in the past. Here you can create a new campaign, edit your company information, and manage your subscription. Check out our other help articles for more information on upgrading or cancelling your Gizmo subscription! On our Agency plan this is where you can view company users and invite people to join your company. To see the users within your company or invite more people to join, click on "View Company Users" in the top right.
2. On the users page you'll see a list of all the users in your company, as well as a form on the right to invite more people. To invite users into your company, fill out the form with the name and email address of the person you'd like to invite, choose whether you'd like them to have Manager or Member access, and then click "Submit". Once you do the form will disappear to ensure the invitee doesn't get multiple requests by accident, but next time you navigate back to the Company Users page the blank form will display as usual. Click on the "View Company Campaigns" button on the right to drop back on to your main Company page again.
3. You can change your company details on all of our plans! To change details in Gizmo about your company, on the main Company page click on "Edit Company Profile". Here you can change the company name and phone number, give your company an internal description, update the associated website, or change the country your company is based in. After you've made your changes click "Save" to keep your changes.
