Customizing the user submission form in your game is a quick and easy way to gain valuable insights into your players! The form is enabled by default, but you can change which pre-generated fields are used and even add your own, to help you get the most out of your form.
1. If you're customizing the form in an already published campaign, open the campaign you'd like to change the form in and in the campaign dashboard click "Edit Campaign".
2. This will open the campaign on the "Campaign Details" page, and you can scroll down for the User Submission Form section. There are many different ways you can customize the form! You can change the terms and conditions URL to point to your own T&C's, add an extra disclaimer, choose whether the form displays before the game is played or after, select which pre-generated fields to display on the form, and add some fields of your own. On our Studio or Agency plans you can also upload your own Brand Logo to display on the form. Use the checkboxes at the bottom of the form to choose what user information will then be shown on the leaderboard (if you have one) and reject entries with an email address that has already been submitted in a form in the last 24 hours.
3. Now you can customize the form background by uploading your own image. If you're on a Studio or Agency plan you can also upload your company logo to display on the form too. Use the "Rotate Preview" button in this section to see how your form customization will look to your players on landscape and portrait orientations.
4. Click on "Continue" at the top or bottom of the page to move on to game asset customization - if you've already set your game assets to be how you want them to be then you don't need to make any more changes, but in order to save the changes that you've made to the user submission form you do need to navigate through the rest of the steps and re-publish the game. Once that's done your new form is live and ready to go!
