If you're logged out of your Gizmo account and need to regain access, don't worry! Resetting your password only takes a few moments.

 

1. First open the Gizmo login page, then click on "Forgot your password?" underneath the sign in button.

2. You'll need to enter in the same email address that you used to sign up for Gizmo, as our system checks that it recognizes the address. Click "Submit" to generate the emailed instructions.

3. If your email address matches the one in our system, you'll see a message confirming the instructions were sent. They should arrive in your inbox within a few minutes. If your email address doesn't match then you'll get an error message: "Sorry, but your email address is not yet registered". In that case you can try entering another one instead.

4. After you click on the link that was emailed through (if you don't get to it within 24 hours you'll need to request another one - you can do this by starting from the first step and repeating this process) you'll be directed to the reset password page. Here is where you can enter in a new password - it must be at least 6 characters and contain a mix of letters and numbers.

5. Once your new password is accepted you'll get a message confirming that it was changed successfully. You can now click on "Back to login" to log in to your Gizmo account with your email address and new password.

Now that you have access to Gizmo again you can get back to customizing campaigns! We have a great range of games available for you to try out, and we're adding new ones all the time, so keep an eye out for future releases.
