Welcome to Gizmo! Creating an account is easy, and once you've signed up you'll have access to everything you need to create world-class gamification marketing campaigns.

 

1. The first time you open Gizmo you'll see a login page. Click "Sign up now" to create your Gizmo account.

2. To create your Gizmo account you'll need to fill in a few details. 

  • Username - choose a username. If an existing user already has the username that you pick, when you click "Create Account" you'll be asked to choose a different one.
  • Email Address - enter in your email address. A verification email will be sent to this address once you sign up, so make sure that it's spelled correctly.
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Password - your password must be at least 6 characters and contain a mix of letters and numbers.
  • Company Name - the name of your company. Similar to the username, if a company with that name already exists in the system then you'll be asked to choose a different one. If the name exists because someone in your team has already signed up, the best way to create an account is to have them email you an invitation - see the rest of our help documentation for instructions on how to do that! Joining the existing company in Gizmo means that you'll be able to work on the same campaigns, rather than just your own separate ones.

Have a read through the terms and conditions, and then tick the checkbox to agree. Click on "Create Account" to submit your details.

3. Almost there! Once your details are accepted a verification email will be sent to your email address. Click on that link to verify your account.

4. Once you have clicked on the link, your account will be verified. A new tab will open up and confirm your account was successfully enabled.

5. Now you're able to log into your Gizmo account! Before you can create your first campaign you'll need to choose a subscription option - see the rest of our help articles for more information on the Gizmo subscription options.
